It's about 3:30 am and I'm awake and thinking about things.
I'll soon be 50 years old and my wife is 13 years older than I, we're both physically active, we're both shooters and we both have a survival mindset and have emergency supplies laid in and a generator and such. We have weapons and ammo naturally and with the kids all grown and on their own our weapons are staged.
We do live in a low crime area and in an upper scale developement so crime is not a major problem but still a concern as ...
IT FINNALLY HAPPEND .... MY RECORD OF NO BREAK-INS HAS ENDED AFTER AN 11 YEAR RUN!!!! ON OCTOBER 20TH, FOUR TEENAGE BOYS WHO HAD KNOWLEDGE OF MY ARMS CATCH. Announcement: Is it legal to carry in the car this way???

Currently I carry my Bersa 380 in my car right between my seat and my console. (See pics) I do have a CCP and usually have another bug on my person. However, I like to keep my Bersa where I can get to it ASAP if needed. (To avoid a carjacking or whatever) But it's not exactly concealed... Is this legal? I really don't want to be breaking any laws. I couldn't find anything pertaining to this issue. BTW, I live in Florida if that matters.
