The Urban Warrior

Last night my middle son and some of his friends stated that they where walking to drop a few of thier number off at each home. I was a bit learry as it was after 9pm and had finnaly gotten dark, (stays light out till about 8:35pm), but after a successful sleep over the night before, I let them do so. After all, most people in the area know them and know me. About five minutes later my son runs back into the house yelling for me to get my gun. I have to calm him down to find out just whats going on. He tells me that just when he and his friends were about to leave the yard, this other kids walks up to them who they all know and dislike. He accuses them of owing him money from two years back, he snatches a video game out of one of the sleep over boys video games out his hand,(why he was outside with a video game in his hand I'll never know), and they proceeded to chase after him, unknown to them, this boy who they don't like has recently become a gang member. So when the boy ran back to were the other members where, it looked like they were all jumping the gang member. About this time, the boy who's game got snatched father shoes up at or near the fight sight, but does not call the police. There was a skuffel and then the boys returned with the gang members giving chase. I was told that they were comming to the house, I asked how many, I was told to get all my guns..... oh crap ....... I'm getting my cell phone out to call the police. As I step outside, sure enougth, there are about ten to fifteen youngsters of various sizes comming around the corner. They had run up into one of my niegbors yards,(one of the overnight kids home), and where on thier way to my house two doors down. Seeing this I took up station at the edge of my yard and told them to back off and go home. I was told to have sex with myself a few times and that they would do as they wished. I'm about to try and call the police because I'm thinking the threat has slowed down enougth that I can gewt in a call to 911 without getting myself killed in the process. It was at this point, the other father who was involved in all this pulled up in his car, I asked if he has called the police, and he states he hadn't. I'm like ... crap again.... and later find out that rehabilitated he may be, but he has a criminal record .... didn't see that one comming! At that time, with so many opponents, I produced my PT1911B, but did not point it at anyone. I watched to see who produced a firearm, which no one did. I also noticed that the advance towards my home had stopped. It was at this point that these knowledgable young men satified themselves that all I had axcess to was this pop gun that they figured was an old Ruger, (and how the figured that they would servive a round from an old ruger is beyond me). At this point they decided to let me know they were in a gang, to wit I told them **ck thier gang, this was my home and that they could have the rest of the streets but this little patch of earth was mine, and that they just needed to move around. Then they threatend to shoot my house up, to which I said bring it. They spoke of AK-47S ...... not realizing that they didn't stop making AK's when they got the stolen one that they have. They then dispurse ... and thats when the police show up.
